In Beginners Yoga, students will be introduced (or re-introduced) to basic yoga poses, movements and breathing techniques designed to help you discover and explore your body and energy flow, while building skills and competency in your yoga practice.
Vinyasa is an active style of yoga in which students and instructor flow from one pose to another with the breath. This class will focus on safe alignment of basic postures and using pranayamas (breathing practices,) to flow between postures. Beginners, as well as more practiced yogis, will have the opportunity to discover and fine-tune their Vinyasa practice.
Mat Pilates provides a full body workout with an emphasis on strengthening your core. The exercises will focus on a mind-body connection to help you get more centered and relieve stress. Modifications are shown for a variety of levels. All levels are welcome.
Yoga for Kids
This class is an introduction of yoga for children of all ages. It is a great way for children to release and collect energy in a healthy, productive manner. This class will help your children gain confidence, learn to calm their mind, feel comfortable in their bodies, and get to know their inner selves.
Hatha yoga classes are practiced at a slow pace, without flow, focusing on breath and proper alignment of postures. Hatha yoga is meant to force the mind to withdraw from external desires and objects, and connect to your inner self.
PRO Martial Arts’ Adult Kickboxing Course combines motivational lectures, functional athletic drills, and proven martial arts techniques to create a holistic workout for the mind and body. The kickboxing course provides overall physical conditioning and toning benefits to students, while teaching the proper methods of kicking and punching.
